The process of making shoes begins with an automatized machine, which can cut the desired material of excellent quality leather according to customer needs and with a minimum loss avoiding the tiniest flaws of the leather placed into the machine.

Next comes skiving and coloring of the cut leather, if necessary. The now perfectly sized and colored material then can be pressed and decoreated.

After all the laces, buttons or zippers are in place, the shoe parts can be sewed together, in which process the upper part is made and finally the sole of the shoe and the heel is fitted in.
